Position: House Supervisor (RN)
Status: Full Time or Part Time
- 6:30pm-7:00am- including a holiday and weekend rotation.
You may be required to work an assignment on the floor as staffing, census, or schedules fluctuate.

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all functions of the facility, employees and residents (as scheduled overnight) while the leadership team is not on campus. Responsibilities include interacting with residents and their family members, mentoring and maintaining or adjusting the schedule or assignments of employees as needed, and working in coordination with other healthcare professionals in the community as well as our interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure each resident is receiving the highest level of care possible while enhancing their quality of life.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a current registered nurse license in the state of Nebraska, with no disciplinary action; be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and have a passion for serving our older population. At least 2 years of proven success in a clinical leadership role is also required. Experience with wound vacs, LVAD patients, IV, cardiac care, PICC lines, lab draws, CXR/EKG, complex acuity, and multisystem illnesses is preferred, however we will provide training for the right candidate.
