We understand that the developing COVID–19 situation is difficult for everyone. We are doing our best to help facilitate communication between residents and their families.
* Mail delivery will continue as normal. Please encourage family members to send your loved one cards and letters.
* You can also use our website to send your loved one a message.
* Our phone lines are always open. Please feel free to call and our staff will ensure that you can connect with your loved one.
* We can also arrange a “facetime” visit. Please contact our activity department and they will arrange a day and time to bring your loved one to the computer for a visit.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE:
*Personal items can still be brought in and dropped off at the front reception desk.
*If you are doing your loved ones laundry, please call and we will have it at the front desk for you to pick up.
Lancaster is always willing to assume that responsibility if needed as well.
