Amy Fish

Amy Fish

Amy joined the Lancaster team in July of 2014. She has worked as a health care Administrator since October of 1988. Other than two years in Flagstaff, Arizona, she has served the industry in southeast Nebraska her entire career. Amy is an active member of the Department of Health and Human Services Nursing Home Administrator Board, North Lincoln Business Association, and the Nebraska Health Care Association. She is also a licensed Preceptor for the State of Nebraska, and active on the National Administrator Board. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of South Dakota, and her Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University.

Sandra Hovis

Sandra Hovis

Sandra Hovis joined Lancaster Rehabilitation as the Director of Nursing in April 2015. She brings to the Lancaster Rehab leadership team over ten years of supervisory and nursing experience, working in a variety of healthcare settings including emergency care, long term care, skilled nursing, and acute care setting. Her philosophy of management centers on team collaboration and appreciation of your coworkers and residents. She enjoys the inviting environment that Lancaster Rehabilitation Center encompasses.

Courtney Zemunski

Courtney Zemunski

Courtney Zemunski joined the Lancaster Rehabilitation as the Associate Administrator in December of 2014. She brings to the Lancaster Rehab leadership team over seven years of supervisory and human resource experience, working in a variety of healthcare settings including assisted and independent living, skilled nursing, and acute care setting. She enjoys working with people and is passionate about ensuring our residents and patients expectations are met by always promoting resident-centered care. Courtney is married and enjoys cooking, boating and going to Husker games.

Sharon Schweitzer

Sharon Schweitzer

Sharon Schweitzer attended the College of St. Mary and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a supporting field of Behavioral Science. She completed training in Assisted Living Administration in 2011, and is a Certified Activity Director and Social Service Designee. Her work experience includes over 21 years in healthcare, eleven of those years in long term care, and ten years working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She joined Lancaster Rehabilitation in September of 2014 as the Community Relations Liaison. She enjoys working with all people and feels rewarded every day through the guidance she gives helping others to embrace life.

Darcee Fricke

Darcee Fricke

Darcee has over 10 years of experience working in a physician clinic, assisted living, and skilled care setting. She is well versed in the areas of clinic management, patient scheduling, and human relations. Darcee is the liaison for all media and social relations and advertising for Lancaster Rehab. She is a support to the admissions and marketing departments, and is available for on-site walk in and scheduled tours of the campus. Darcee also assists in the coordination of communication and transfer of information needed between health care providers, and leads the customer satisfaction measures on behalf of the campus.

Brianna Henry

Brianna Henry

Brianna has been a part of the Lancaster Rehab team since August of 2010 as a charge nurse working on a variety of shifts and neighborhoods. In 2017 she was promoted to her current position as the Transition of Care Coordinator for the facility. In her role she works primarily with the acute care discharge planners ensuring a safe and welcoming transfer to LRC. Brianna enjoys meeting new people and helping to make patients and residents feel at home no matter how long their stay. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and three children.

Angie Nutter

Angie Nutter

Angie Nutter joined the Lancaster Rehabilitation team as the Director of Human Resources in July of 2016. She brings over 10 years of recruiting and human resources experience with her to the Lancaster Rehabilitation team. Angie holds a bachelor degree from Central Missouri State University. She enjoys working in a team environment where the employees are made a priority. Her mission here at Lancaster Rehabilitation is to continue to provide excellent training and support for all staff so that we are able to provide a high level of service to our residents and families. Angie was born and raised here in the Lincoln community. In her spare time she like to spend time with her family, camping and traveling.

Crystal Schell

Crystal Schell

Crystal has been a part of the Lancaster family since September of 2014. She serves as the Director of Financial Services. In her role she is responsible for resident billing and financial management. Crystal has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing through SCC. She is also a certified Medicare and Medicaid biller. Family is important to Crystal, and feels in addition to her husband, four children, and six siblings, that the Lancaster team is her extended family.

Kelly Sears

Kelly Sears

Kelly graduated in 2001 from Creighton University with Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. He has worked in skilled nursing facilities in the Lincoln area since graduation. He first joined the Lancaster team in 2001, returning in 2008, and has served as the department Director since 2013.

Kelly leads the therapy and rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Nick Kavan

Nick Kavan

Nick joined the Lancaster team in February of 2014 as the Director of Food Service. Nick brings with him a wealth of experience in managing in health care, hotel industry, and restaurants including completion of his culinary internship as a Sous Chef at The Food Gallery in Omaha. Nick attended culinary school at Southeast Community College majoring in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, and Dietary Technology. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University. Nick is working on his Long-term Care and Assisted Living Administration certifications, and his five year goal is to acquire an administrative position in the geriatric field.
