The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor. Daily responsibilities include: promoting a person-centered approach to enriching activities for our residents, hosting activities and supporting community members including volunteer groups, completing resident assessments and documentation, providing resident support by offering one on one communication, supporting social services and life enrichment departments to ensure a successful and quality experience for residents and family members.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, should be self-motivated, detail orientated, organized, and possess problem solving capabilities. While previous experience is preferred, we will provide training for the right candidate with no experience.
